My legs (calves) were pretty sore from the elliptical last night! Elliptical must use the calves differently than running. Anyway did 6.6 miles with the first 2 very slow as warmup, then did the remaining miles at 7:30 pace for 400m then 9:13 pace for 400m, alternating. It was actually a pretty good workout. Got to see us pulling out of the Port of Civittavechia (Rome).
