Notes

Stepped out the door to do the Fremont Older hill run (expected 17miles with very tough hills) but couldn't bring myself to go out in the rain. Went down the block to 24 with the expectation of doing at least 16 or 17 miles on the treadmill. Set the mill for 60min, random hill mode and ran it. Went to get a drink and set the mill for another 60minute hill session but 15minutes into it I bailed! Couldn't bear to be on the mill any more, I was soaked with sweat, my towel was soaked and I just felt like I was stewing in my own stink. I got off and went home thinking 10miles aint so bad and making excuses. When I got home I had a bagel and changed into a dry shirt and toughened up and went out for another run. Went all the way to the top of Fremont Older and returned. Another 11 miles of tough hills, in the rain. Good stuff.
