Notes

Not sure what to call this run. Went out to the track to keep Jim company on his arduous 4X3200 interval session. Did 3mile warmup then Jim started his intervals. I think I did 2 or 3 400's per 3200. The rest easy jogging. Did 4X200m with 200m jog at the end. 42, 41, 42, 40.

My glutes are sore on both sides from yesterday's hill running. If my butt muscles are not sore tomorrow morning I'll race the mile at LGAC meet.
