Ran to keep my HR at 145 or slightly under. When I got to 3 miles to go I let it get up to 150 and then for the last couple tenths went as hard as I could. Not too bad. I felt very comfortable the entire race with the exception of those last couple tenths! Maybe I could have run a bit harder earlier?
