Good workout. I had every intention of staying near 90sec per lap but Walt had my team (Brian Conroy and I) starting last along with Casey Reinking/Paul Taylor. I didn't want to let them get too far ahead of us and ended up running them too fast. I did intentionally slow down the 6th one to try to hit closer to 90 seconds but after that I didn't try to slow them down. Hopefully, I can still do my tempo tomorrow AM.
