Club workout - 36X200 3 man relay race (12 200's per team member). That was a lot of fun and also a tough interval workout. Had about 70sec of rest between each interval ( 2men running ~35 second 200's). I didn't hit my lap button on the 3rd 200 and the last 200. But I believe each was well under 40 seconds. This was probably running them too fast as I had planned on doing 40 second intervals (per VDOT tables) but got caught up in the moment. Good stuff.
