Warmup jog followed by 8X1600 at 6:35 each with 200 recovery jogs. Did these out on the Dixon Landing bike path all by my lonesome. Followed up with 5 hill repeats of about .1 mile long (the overpass next to the bike path). Then 4 or so mile cooldown jog. Felt good. Even the cooldown jog felt good.
