3000 m race. Nice cool morning to run. We ran it at 7:15 because it was thought that it would be too hot at 8AM. Was really nice with almost all of the track in the shade. Ran with Becki trading off leading the laps. I could have sprinted the last 200 and taken another 5 or so seconds off but just ran with Becki as she's the better runner anyway. She was nursing a sore back which is why she was with me on this race.
