Ran over to the 237 underpass and ran back and forth on the underpass. Wanted to stay mostly in the shade of the underpass as it was HOT today. Did the ramps 'down' trying to push off with my lower legs and land under my COG, without overstriding. Ran the 'u'p ramps just trying to get some leg lift without using my quads (propelling my legs up using lower legs, toes, feet).
For the most part, I was able to keep cadence just under 180. Hoping this will help build strength in my legs to go with my ability to turn the legs over quickly.
