Notes
Forgot my watch this morning so I used my phone. But I don't really know how to use it very well for this purpose. I may have gone another 1/2 mile or so.
Did not try to hammer the last 5 miles like I talked about yesterday though I did pick up the pace a little and tried to work any uphill I came to on the way back. Very good run. Probably a good bit faster on all of these segments as I didn't know how to stop the phone when I paused for water, bathroom, etc (and I did have a few pauses).
