Not bad considering a number of factors against running well today - Did intervals yesterday, ran alone (time trial), wrong time as cars were stacked up along Fruitvale, Allendale, Saratoga and Hwy 9 back to Horseshoe. The cars were crazy! Dropping kids off at school, going to work etc. Big mistake at that time. If I were able to run tomorrow (and not ran today) I'm SURE I'd have been under my year's best of 34:17.
