Ran the club workout (Step up / Step down Relay).
Since I didn't have time to finish my 6X1600 before the rest of the club members got to the track I cut that one short at 4x1600 and then did the club workout. Partnered with (Duane) and ran 400(800), 1200(1600), 1600(1200), 800(400).
1:30.5 (2:42.6), 4:47.8 (6:09.5), 6:23.9 (4:31.2), 2:59.8
Turned out to be a very good workout with the 4X1600's before.
