6 X .5 miles with .125 mile recovery jog. Ran them on the LGHS track.

Ran by HR. Tried to keep HR at 90% of my HRMax (172) = 155. So only had HR and distance showing on the watch. Never once the entire run looked at pace. Interesting because the HR alarm kept going off to tell me to slow down. I had it set to alarm on the low end at 152 and the high end at 158. Constantly bumping against the high end. The HRM definitely kept me from overdoing the workout. I think it's good.
