Podiatrist injected my left heel with corisone to control the PF. She also mentioned that I have bursitis in that same heel. No wonder I've been going back and forth on whether my problem was PF or not. Actually two problems in the heel. Anyway, this should take care of the PF but she didn't want to inject the bursa in the heel, yet. Give it a chance to go away on it's own.
