Woke up early (why, I don't know) and left the house at 5:30AM. Was treated to a most amazingly beautiful sunrise as I drove the 4 miles to the start of the LG Creek Trail. Ran 18 miles on the SV marathon course. Started easy and then worked into an easy 8min/mile pace. Just after LGHS I dropped into marathon pace (beginning with the big hill just after the HS track) until after the last big hill at the park - ~3.5miles). Then back into 8min/mile to the end. great run.
