Watch set to autolap every 200m, the 3.4s at the end should probably be distributed evenly among the 4 200m laps to get real 200m splits.
2:29:00 is the FAT given at the scoring table. Very good race considering my legs were a little dead feeling. I definitely started to tire in the second lap but was able to summon a good kick and pass a couple of people in the final straight. I'll take it.
