3X3200 at 96sec/lap. Pretty good pacing. I didn't have my Garmin so I used my Timex. Kept track of laps with my fingers and passed each lap doing the math in my head to what time the next lap needed to be done by. Struggled with a stomach cramp on the very last lap. I probably ran in record time from the track to the bathroom! Good workout, in cool, breezy conditions.
