Ran with Missy. Not the best day to run as it was humid as heck with all that smoke in the air. Good day I can take some time off this one.
Stayed with Missy until the turn onto Douglass where whe put the 8 seconds on me. From the trail back to the finish we stayed about even. Very good run as I thought the best I'd is about about 24:45 and maybe not even break 25. Good improvement in the Cum Sum Saturday contest.
