Had originally planned to do 4X600m at 5K pace (6min/mile) but decided it against it as my legs just didn't feel fresh enough and thought it might take too much out of me. So instead did 4X200m with 60sec jog recovery. More of a long strides session. Also added 4 downhill ramp charges as leg turnover drills.
