Another beautiful day, another great run. Legs felt about the same (if not a bit better) than yesterday and I ran about a minute faster across the entire run. I took a considerable nap (90 minutes-2 hrs) yesterday with a full night of sleep last night which I think really helped me recover from both the training stresses of the previous days as well as the work stress of the previous week.

I'm also trying out Muscle Milk. I've never been a huge believer in stuff like that but I've never given it a fair shake, either. I wanted something to drink as soon as I finish my workout before work because I've been rushing to shower and get to work and have been squandering most of the 30-minute recovery window before getting some food in me.
