Notes
This is a tough race. I am extremely happy with how well I ran, especially considering that this is basically the second time I have ever run this event and the first in 5 years or so. Huge PR, and I feel satisfied with the fact that I can run decently well at this distance range now. I think it shows my strength, and if I were to focus more on this event, I feel I could do much better, but as it stands right now, I think this is an omen of big things to come.
On a sad note, I did say good-bye to Isaiah, perhaps for a very, very long time.
