This workout was a little frustrating. I have a hard time remembering my times year-to-year on this track (i suppose that's what the log is for...) and so it always seems like I'm way behind. I have to keep my head, remember that i set a PR training through the first meet and have faith in the Chabot system, which has not failed me yet.
