I did 4x loops around the 4-mile route and I kept picking up the pace throughout the run. Each loop was a bit faster than the last and I was moving at a pretty good clip by the end.
Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common as unsuccessful men with talent.
