Pace up to 9:13 m/M (0.5% incline),HR up to 122 bpm. HR down to 78 bpm after 5 min. CD. Then weight machines, balancing, etc. I had to do my weight work (2x10 reps, plus shoulder shrugs) with the 22.5-lb weights. The left arm was a bit of a struggle.
