I really struggled with this today- Every mile but the first 2 I ended up doing some walking. Nothing like my 10miler a week ago. I need to learn to start fueling myself before these long runs- I don't feel like I am doing myself any justice..what is going on this week? Could it all really be pre-period shit? BLAH
