Notes

Early morning slowness. Ran a beechwood-wilkins-forbes-wightman loop. Felt alright just tired and not used to running in the morning.  

26 minutes of stretching/core:

3 minute plank, 2 minutes sidestepping with resistance band, leg raises w/ ankle weights
