On the treadmill due to freezing rain/ice storm + snow from the weekend.
2.5 miles warmup, 5 x 3.5 minutes @ 10.7 mph (so basically 1000s) w/ 90 second recovery jog, 1.4 miles cooldown
Felt pretty good for this. Left shin acted up just a couple times on the last repeat. Maybe it's something about the treadmill....
