Easy from thompson's bridge with the wfs crew. Out to the JCC and back basically the long way. Ran with the top two guys, one who ran 16:30 at howard laws. Picked up the pace a bit to a 6:50 last mile on the way back. Having them work out tomorrow and thursday this week. I might do some sort of light workouts of my own too. Coaching is making me feel pretty excited about my own running some how. I guess excitement is contagious...
