Ran with Hannagan, OB, Sinko, and Deej out and back on creek road from fusion. fairly relaxed 7:20-7:30 pace on the way out. Returned just with OB and we cut the pace down to average just about 7:00 for the entire run. Good moderate effort right now, especially given the humidity which I'm still not used to. Watched the men's marathon afterwards.
