Treadmill

Notes

Plan A was the reservoir loop + eagle/sage trail loop. Slept in too late and saw that it was very wet outside so figured it would be too muddy.

Plan B was to do the 6ish mile Niwot loop from my apartment. But as soon as I left the building I heard some close and loud thunder so changed plans again and ran on our apartment complex's treadmill.

Super happy that my knee didn't hurt during the run at all! 9/10 concern level
