COMMENTS: Breezy (10 N) but nice. Hurt left knee getting into my car at 6:40 previous night. Sharp pain followed by dull throbbing and tightness. Minor pain diminished as night wore on. Tight to start running, but no pain while running. Iced and ibuprofin. See how it is on Friday. Started slow on run with Wendy and Jackie, then picked up pace with Greg.
