COMMENTS: Started slowly, then picked up pace. First lap in 40:45 (7:41) second in 37:11 (7:00). On second lap, did 4 miles in 27:00 (6:45) before cool down back to clubhouse. Some slight knee discomfort. Mild twinge at top of steep hill second lap. Took it easy rest of way. Felt better into afternoon.
