Nice solid workout. Felt fairly strong at < 6 min pace -- even one in 2:04. Some mild left ankle pain to start, then eased after warm up and stretching. Ran faster when I stayed loose and let the pace come to me. Overall, great workout considering tempo the day before. Need to go beyond.
