COMMENTS: Steady long run. 1st lap in 42:07, 2nd in 41:07. Steady rest of way. Met up with Greg 2/3 of way through 3rd, lap, went to FH end of trail, then did a full lap. Knot in right calf sore, then painful at end. Stopped about 400m from end. Massaging it. Some mild frostbite/abrasion in privates. Ouch later in day.
