Allegany to the arsenal to Iowa train bridge. Started with Matt and Kiernan but pulled ahead while going through augie. Right shoulder felt sore/tired randomly on the way back which was annoying. Out in 31:34 and back in 30:45. Temp wasn't to bad today and neither was the wind.
