almost immediatley after getting off the treadmill, i hopped onto the track and started to go in the outside lane. the first few laps i was kinda disoriented because i had been going fast on a treadmill for awhile. it felt like there was a huge fan blowing on my whole body, especially my head. after a few laps that cleared up and i started focusing on the number of laps and slowly picked it up. i turned around at 17.5 laps and went faster the second half of this one. the last few laps i really picked it up with me almost going to a sprint the last lap. my hammy/hip in my left leg did start to get tight because of the repetitive turns the last couple of miles, but i ended the run great and got a good stretch in afterward. all in all, this was a great workout day seeing that i wasnt planning on doing anything relatively fast and it just proves that i am ready to start track and start running some fast times. today confirmed that im in great shape. wasnt really tired at all after doing any part of this workout
