first track practice on the lower track. felt good but we were going super slow. did strides the last few laps which felt nice. my IT band on my left leg was unusually tight/sore this morning, im assuming because of last night on the upper track, so i rolled that and rubbed that area a lot. feels good to be back and i'm ready to get back into the swing of things
