Good group for MR and absolutely beautiful out this morning-like 58 and sunny. Had to do a 6 mile route for parker so we started reverse 4 corners and then took the back way into behnkes and then went into jesus. After stopping briefly at school, we added on reflection. The last couple miles we picked it up and I felt pretty good at the end going pretty fast. 4xhard strides after a quick bathroom break and then lift afterwards.
