1 mile at lincoln park. felt very smooth and wish i couldve done the whole workout. i felt like i could easily sustained and decreased my pace from this first one. felt fast and comfortable with spikes on. first loop in 2:23 and second in 2:27. eased up a little at the end to finish with dan and argeni. really excited to add on to this workout next week. really good progress today
