Good weather this morning for MR- like mid to high 60s with only 75% humidity. Started from school with finch, dhru, smokey, Zm, and alec. We headed out on the bike path towards knoch knolls. Smokey needed to poop so we turned off and I did a parking lot loop and then waited for him. The other guys got pretty far ahead by the time he was done so we both started tempoing to try to catch up. It took until 75th street light to catch up and we needed them to get stopped briefly. I guess dhru had decided to pick up the pace so that didnt help our cause because we dropped a 550, 520, and 505 and the 505 included a jog from the 75th st light to st raphael's so that mile probably would have been close to 450. We decided to chill the pace after that and ran with alec and ZM until we met back up with dhru by Naperville central. We kept it easy and just rolled 610s until 13 by adding on prairie. 4xstrides afterward in front of merner and then lifted
