guestimate on time since i ran out of splits on my watch. i knew going in that my quads were dead but i felt fine until the gradual incline where ethan dropped me and i felt like i just run up blackwell all out. my legs were completely dead, which made no sense to me. i tried to maintain good form but i slowed down a shit ton and then started to progress again on the last straightaway. like monday except worse, my quads have never locked up on me like this besides at the end of a short race so this sucked
