guestimate on time but this includes the jog over from the end of the tempo, 2 huffman loops, and then 4 up downs. i stopped after the first uphill because my quads were super tired and i didnt think i was going to do a whole hill workout, but after a couple minutes i told myself to quit being a pussy and i started to go at it. i didnt attack the loops but i did attack the hill pretty hard, especially on the up-downs. glad i finished the workout. im still a little mad my legs are so tired from the pool, but i at least know the workouts i got in there are very beneficial for me
