guestimate on mileage for cooldown. all i know is that i had a huge knot in both calves so running was kinda hard. there was no pain during the race and none afterwards either which is great, but running in spikes for a hard race effort for the first time during XC in a couple years was a complete shock to my calves. i just gotta stretch and roll so they are good to go by monday
