Notes

started after a short break when i got done aqua jogging. did 9 laps with the kickboard and then the last lap free style. legs were strong today and was splashing pretty well with the kickboard without excessive fatigue. solid 2part workout this morning. was able to do a lot of pull ups afterwards also
