Notes

10 min medium warm up, then 10 reps of 1min hard, 1min easy, followed by a medium 5 minute cooldown. flowed through this workout pretty well and felt pretty strong. did 5 real pull ups beforehand with ease. really glad that i am actually getting stronger.
