Rotary tempo + 12xhill loops w/SliqNiq

Early AM workout with licari. Based on the past couple of weeks and monday, i really didn't think i'd be able to keep up with him because my body hasnt been giving me much to work with. Surprisingly, i was able to open and push him a little. The tempo started slower (although it didnt feel slow to me) and then we really got moving the last 2ish miles. jogged over from rosebud to rotary and then started 12xhill loops. the grass was pretty wet and it was dark to start (some walnuts around the turn at the tree) so the first few were a little more pedestrian. i tried to increase the effort a little bit each one and after 6 started to increase the pace on the rest as well. we ended up grinding and finishing the last couple pretty strong. at this point, i debated doing the fartlek with him but i was running short on time and definitely had to go to the bathroom so only ended up doing the blowout with him and then i turned off at jefferson to finish my cool down. did 6xhard strides in res afterward and actually felt really good/opened up..maybe i still have a chance next weekend @alec @seb
