started from schneller and went to do duck and ended up crossing washington and going down webster until aurora and then over to main st and to NRC. waited for brady, nick, and kremer and then we went and did a mcdiz grass loop and then i added on afterward by doing the first part of mon/fri. body felt pretty good/strong until the last mile or so. i was starting to feel the heat a bit as the temp got up to 80 by that point. otherwise it was a solid run to start the week
