started off slow with bando and ended up running with spivey. went to burlingdiz but i had to stop as they did their first loop so i could stretch my calves because i didnt get much of a warmup/roll out in before we started. it helped a decent chunk (i was still sore and a little tight but no where near as bad). i did the second loop with them and then we cut back over to the riverwalk and finished at the stadium
