20 min tempo warmup w/o the belt, then mid for 5 w/ the belt, then 10x60 seconds on/off w/ belt (first 5 hands open, last 5 hands cupped) simulating the last 400 of a 1500. finished off with a nice and easy 10ish minute cooldown w/ belt
