wacky with mikey and then met up with beaver back at the corner, we did cookie but turned off in nicks neighborhood and starting heading to connors house. we went through bhenkes and mikey and i turned off from beaver on rainforest drive, took that to river, back to oswego, and finished like we were doing bhenkes. my breathing sucked ass the first part of the run with mikey but got progressively better as we went.i think mikey and i were going 6:00's for most of it and we went a little steadier with beaver, but overall it was good run and best morning run ive had in a while. legs were good, not soreness or tightness
